Three hundred meters from the beach of Skala Eresou, a plot of land is for sale within the settlement, with a small house of 26.54 square meters, two warehouses of 137 sq.m., a water tank of 24.25 sq.m. and a pumping station of 6.45 sq.m. These buildings, with the appropriate building permit and approval from the archeology office, can be renovated and reconstructed. The plot is located in an archaeological zone.
